•               All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

•               Colours and designs may differ slightly due to screen variations.

•               Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

 

3. Orders & Payment

•               Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received.

•               Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.

 

 

4. Shipping

•               Delivery nationwide via PUDO by The Courier Guy.

•               Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

•               Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

•               NOTW is not responsible for delays due to the courier, incorrect addresses, or uncontrollable circumstances.

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

•               Return Window: 14 days from date of delivery.

•               Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.

•               Returns are processed via free door-to-locker collection.

•               Refunds are issued after inspection, excluding original shipping fees.

 

 

6. Use of Our Content

 

All product designs, photos, and content on this website belong to NOTW. Reproduction, copying, or use without written consent is prohibited.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability
